Reporting to the Office Manager the role includes but is not limited to

  • Month End reporting for all customers
  • Identification of outstanding customer accounts and escalation where required
  • Escalation of unallocated accounts where required
  • Key account invoicing and reporting
  • Tariff calculations and monitoring

The ideal person for this role will have excellent Time Management and experience with Excel and initiative to communicate effectively to the Office Manager status of accounts and other business requirements.

This is a key role within the business to ensure customer month end reporting expectation is met along with identifying key business aspects that require escalation to the Office Manager for action

The successful applicant will enjoy a positive work environment with good working conditions.

Office Hours are as arranged with the Office Manager , Fulltime in office or option of Hybrid WFH (min 2 days in office)

Starting wage as noted with review upon completion of probation
