The Opportunity

Reporting to finance manager, your key focus will be to provide support to the accounts team on a day-to-day basis. This role is always working closely with other staff to deliver highest standard quality of reporting.

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
  • Data entry of supplier invoices and reconciliation of statements
  • Escalate dispute/issue resolution as required.
  • Incoming phone calls and emails to assist with accounts enquiries.
  • Liaise with staff, suppliers and other delegated persons acting on behalf of the insurer with utmost respect and courtesy.
  • Filing and maintaining records
  • Ensuring processes are followed, updated and implemented.
  • Assisting with a range of financial and administrative duties.
  • EOM Reconciliations
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Credit card reconciliation
  • Subcontractor suppliance reviews

About you

  • 2+ years' experience in a similar role.
