About the Role

This role is a mix of customer service and administration, supporting the smooth running of our busy workshop. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a key role in delivering excellent service from booking to vehicle pick-up.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting customers, handling enquiries, and booking service appointments
  • Communicating clearly with customers about service requirements and updates
  • Preparing job cards, quotes, and invoices
  • Liaising with workshop staff to ensure jobs run on time
  • General office and administration duties
About You
  • Prior experience in the automotive industry or a strong knowledge of motor vehicles
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organisational and admin abilities
  • Confident with computers and basic office systems
  • A team player with a positive, proactive attitude
