Sous Chef

We are looking for a talented and motivated Sous Chef to join our passionate kitchen team. You'll work closely with the Head Chef in leading day-to-day operations, maintaining quality and consistency, and bringing fresh ideas to our ever-evolving menu.
This is the perfect opportunity for a strong Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef ready to take the next step into a leadership position.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Head Chef in managing and motivating the kitchen team
- Contribute to menu development with a focus on Asian flavours and modern techniques
- Maintain high standards of presentation, quality, and flavour in every dish
- Oversee prep, service, and daily kitchen operations
- Assist with stock management, ordering, and cost control
- Uphold food safety and hygiene compliance at all times
About You
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a quality restaurant
- Strong background or passion for Asian or Asian-fusion cuisine
- A creative and detail-oriented approach to cooking
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to thrive in a busy, team-driven environment
