We are looking for a talented and motivated Sous Chef to join our passionate kitchen team. You'll work closely with the Head Chef in leading day-to-day operations, maintaining quality and consistency, and bringing fresh ideas to our ever-evolving menu.

This is the perfect opportunity for a strong Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef ready to take the next step into a leadership position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Head Chef in managing and motivating the kitchen team
  • Contribute to menu development with a focus on Asian flavours and modern techniques
  • Maintain high standards of presentation, quality, and flavour in every dish
  • Oversee prep, service, and daily kitchen operations
  • Assist with stock management, ordering, and cost control
  • Uphold food safety and hygiene compliance at all times

About You

  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a quality restaurant
  • Strong background or passion for Asian or Asian-fusion cuisine
  • A creative and detail-oriented approach to cooking
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a busy, team-driven environment
