Agile Edge is a Melbourne-based consultancy supporting local-government and civil-construction contractors across Victoria. We specialise in tender preparation, technical documentation, and project-management systems that help our clients deliver works to the highest standard.

We're seeking a 
Tender & Project Support Assistant
 to join our growing team on a flexible 
2–3-day-per-week
 basis (hybrid or remote). The role suits a recent graduate or junior professional looking to gain hands-on experience in the civil and infrastructure sector.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with preparing and formatting tender submissions, project plans, and supporting schedules
  • Gather and compile certificates, insurances, subcontractor documentation, and other compliance material
  • Work within 
    Agile Edge's in-house document systems and AI-assisted drafting workflows
     to refine and quality-check technical content
  • Maintain document libraries, trackers, and project registers
  • Support coordination across multiple tenders and active projects

What We're Looking For

  • A recent or near-graduate in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or Communications
  • Excellent written English and attention to detail
  • Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills
  • Comfortable using structured digital tools and adaptive drafting systems (training provided)
  • Organised, proactive, and eager to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
