About the Role

We are seeking a highly capable Payroll and HR Assistant to join our growing team. This is a critical role where attention to detail, compliance knowledge, and client service are key.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients
  • Interpretation and application of modern awards and the National Employment Standards (NES)
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and leave balances
  • Assisting with HR administration and compliance tasks
  • Providing timely and professional client support

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to bring:

  • Proven experience in payroll processing and HR administration
  • A working knowledge of modern awards, the NES, and Fair Work compliance
  • Excellent organisational skills and a high level of accuracy
  • Strong communication skills and a professional approach
  • Experience with cloud payroll systems, microsoft and emerging technologies
