About the Role:

Are you a motivated, reliable and positive customer service professional. RACQ Bundaberg is looking for someone just like you to join our member and Community Retail Store. As the first point of contact for our members, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding service experiences. Your friendly approach and commitment to excellence will help us to continue to support our members and the wider community with care and professionalism.

Rate of pay at commencement is $ SuperPart time permanent, 25 hrs per week, 9:00am – 2:00pm, Monday to Friday

You will play an integral role in deepening RACQ's relationship with members by:

Engaging members in conversation to build rapportActively listening to members, seeking to understand the reason for their visitMatch and direct members with an appropriate consultant, whilst settling expectationsCreating memorable experiences for members by showing empathy and supporting them in important life momentsWe provide training with ongoing support to set you up for success

About you:

An engaging communication style with active listening and proven ability to engage our membersCustomer Service experience in a retail or similar customer focused environmentA resilient team player who is committed, reliable and has a positive attitudeAttention to detail, with basic computer literacy and accurate data entry sk9illsAdaptability in a fast-paced, structed environment
