ABOUT YOU

You're enthusiastic, self confident and you have a contagious drive to succeed. You're the kind of person who can influence, negotiate and can effortlessly build relationships with the people around you.

You'll have a proven track record in new home construction sales or from a trade back ground. You'll be approachable, naturally customer focused and possess a natural self-confidence and wiliness to succeed. High ethics and morals and strong communication, presentation, time management and computer skills is a must.

THE ROLE

Based between Homeworld Oran Park and Homeworld Leppington Display Homes, your responsibilities include:

  • Meeting and greeting new people each day
  • Managing web, phone and in person enquiry
  • Fostering estate and developer relationships
  • Identifying customer needs and demonstrate products to suit their requirements
  • Providing effective communication to clients relating to products, in a professional and positive manner
  • Providing accurate compliance and pricing advice based on relevant council/Authority requirements
  • Providing accurate information regarding design and construction
  • Instilling confidence and trust in the company's customers and have a proven ability to network and build rapport with others.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills Working on the weekends will be required

This is a role that requires the flexibility to work 5 days per week which includes weekends and public holidays. In return, we're offering you a first-class working environment with unlimited support and training, as well as a long term career path with a minimum OTE of $220,000. The sky is the limit
