Fernwood Gregory Hills is looking for a bubbly and passionate woman to join our reception team As the first point of contact for our members, you will play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming, and professional experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

The Role

  • Flexible availability:

  • Monday– Thursday (mornings) 9am to 2pm

  • Monday - Thursday (afternoons) 2pm to 7pm
  • Friday (mornings) 9am - 1pm
  • Friday (afternoons) 1pm - 5pm
  • Alternating Saturday mornings 8:45am to 12pm (non-negotiable)
  • Up to 20 hours per week with the opportunity to grow
  • Ready to start training ASAP
  • Provide exceptional customer service and genuine member care
  • Greet and welcome members and guests, manage inbound and outband calls, and handle inquiries including in-club services
  • Assist with memberships, payments, and administrative tasks
  • Maintain a tidy reception area and assist with the general upkeep of the club
  • Support and assist our Sales & Management Teams with day-to-day operations

About You

We're seeking someone who is:

  • Warm, engaging, and empathetic – able to build genuine connections
  • Professional, presentable, and punctual
  • Positive, energetic, and a true team player
  • Skilled at multitasking with strong attention to detail
  • Confident with communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with standard office software and admin tasks
  • Previous experience in Customer Service and Reception is highly regarded
  • Passionate about health and fitness
