What You'll Be Doing

  • Greeting clients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring they feel at ease from the moment they step through our doors.
  • Answering calls with a smile in your voice and efficiently connecting them to the right person.
  • Managing office tasks – including filing, organising, scheduling and accounting related duties.
  • Lending your support to projects and the day-to-day rhythm of the office.
