As our business continues to grow, we're seeking an experienced and motivated New Homes Sales

Consultant to join our dynamic team.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting chance to represent a respected builder while helping customers create their

dream homes. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients, guiding them through our

range of home designs, customisation options, and the building process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet potential clients in our office, or at enquiry appointments.

  • Present our range of designs, inclusions, and customisation options with professionalism and

enthusiasm.

  • Accurately assess client needs, budgets, and site requirements.

  • Prepare quotes, tenders, and contracts in line with company policies.

  • Work closely with the estimating, drafting, and construction teams to ensure a smooth handover

from sales to build commencement.

  • Maintain accurate records of enquiries, leads, and sales using our CRM system.

  • Achieve individual and team sales targets.

  • Provide an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to contract signing.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Essential experience in new home sales (minimum 2 years).

  • Strong understanding of residential building processes, plans, and council requirements.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first approach.

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

  • High level of attention to detail and organisational skills.

  • Competence with Microsoft Office and CRM software.

  • Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
