There are some exciting new housing developments launching towards the end of this year, and I'm currently partnering with several retail home builders across Brisbane who are on the lookout for E*xperienced New Home Sales Consultants.

There will be multiple opportunities available across Moreton Bay and West Brisbane, and these builders are looking to start conversations with the right people now.

The role will involve:

  • Creating customer relationships & finding a design to match their expectations & budget.
  • Capturing leads and maintaining and accurate and up to date database
  • Maintaining a network of land developers, agents, and local community providers
  • Solid knowledge of your region and industry insights

What you need

  • Strong experience and longevity working for a retail home builder & selling new homes (in a Display Village environment)
  • Ability to understand what your client needs and close sales
  • Immaculate presentation and communication skills
  • Strong administrative skills - working with contracts, housing plans and council requirements
