Dynamic Home Enhancements (DHE) is one of Australia's highest-rated home improvement companies, specialising in premium outdoor blinds, roller shutters, and plantation shutters. Due to rapid growth and strong demand, we're expanding our team and looking for a motivated On-the-Road Sales Consultant to join us.


What You'll Be Doing:
  • Attending pre-qualified leads (no cold calling)
  • Consulting with customers at their homes to provide tailored product solutions
  • Demonstrating our high-quality range of outdoor blinds, roller shutters, and plantation shutters
  • Quoting, closing sales, and handing off to our expert installation team

Who You Are:
  • A self-starter with a strong drive to earn and succeed
  • Confident with in-home presentations and face-to-face interactions
  • Organised, punctual, and professional
  • Experience in sales (in-home, retail, real estate, solar, or similar) is highly regarded
  • Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience (in-home, retail, real estate, solar, or similar)
  • A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
  • A current full Australian driver's licence (not provisional) and reliable vehicle
  • Full unrestricted working rights in Australia
  • Ability to pass background checks for in-home consulting work
