Norris Motor Group, one of Queensland's fastest-growing automotive groups and home to over 12 new car brands, is seeking experienced and motivated Sales Professionals to join our expanding Sales team at Aspley.

Sales experience is essential for this role. We're looking for someone who brings a strong customer-first attitude, excellent after-sales care, and the motivation to introduce clients to the Norris Motor Group experience.

What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
· The ability to build instant rapport with customers
· Sales experience (automotive preferred, but not essential)
· A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· A team-focused mindset and drive to thrive in a fast-paced environment
· Professional presentation and the motivation to exceed sales targets
· The ability to perform under pressure while maintaining high standards
· A desire to continuously learn and stay informed about new products
· Excellent time management and a proactive attitude
· A current Australian driver's licence
