About the Role

Are you passionate about helping others live with independence and dignity? Care to Heal Pty Ltd is looking for compassionate, reliable, and motivated individuals to join our team as NDIS Support Workers on a casual basis. In this role, you'll deliver personalised, person-centred support that empowers people with disabilities to lead fulfilling lives and connect meaningfully with their communities.

What You'll Do

As a Support Worker with Care to Heal, you will:

  • Provide respectful personal care and assistance with daily activities.
  • Support clients to engage with their community and participate socially.
  • Assist with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light household tasks.
  • Follow and implement individualised care plans.
  • Create a safe, positive, and inclusive environment.
  • Build genuine connections and offer guidance that inspires independence.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional care.

What You'll Need

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current First Aid & CPR certification
  • Police Check (issued within the past 6 months)
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence
  • Reliable vehicle with insurance (comprehensive or third-party property damage)

Desirable: At least 1 year of experience in the disability support sector.
