The Co-Group is experiencing a period of growth, so we are looking for Support Workers to join our team. We are currently looking for **Disability and Aged Care** **Support Workers** to work in Springfield and Coopers Plains, QLD

As a Disability and Aged Care Support Worker, you will be required to care for participants in helping with daily activities such as showering, domestic assistance, companionship, meal preparation, transporting clients/participants, and more.

**About You**:

- **Female**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Passionate about support work
- Available to work 8am - 2pm on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays
- Willing to do short shifts/broken shifts (2-3 hours)
- Available to start immediately

**What you require**:

- Current Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance / Yellow Card
- Blue Card
- Current First Aid and CPR Certification
- Experience in Aged Care and/or Disability Support
- Experience with physical disabilities, mental health, and challenging behaviours

**What We Offer**
- $30.33ph - $40.00ph + super + penalty rates
- Work close to home in Springfield and Coopers Plains
- Salary Packaging (up to $15,900 a year, + meal/entertainment benefit of $2650 a year
