**About the Role**

As a **Support Coordinator & Recovery Coach**, you will:

- Assist NDIS participants in navigating and implementing their **NDIS plans effectively**.
- Provide specialised **support** to individuals with complex mental health and behavioural challenges.
- Build strong relationships with participants, families, and service providers to ensure **holistic, person-centered care**.
- Advocate for participants, ensuring they have access to the **right services and supports**.
- Support participants in **developing skills, independence, and resilience**.

**About You**

We are looking for a compassionate and proactive professional who has:
Experience in **NDIS Support Coordination, Recovery Coaching, or Mental Health Services**.

Strong knowledge of the **NDIS framework** and experience working with participants with **complex needs**.

Excellent **communication and problem-solving skills**.

A passion for **empowering individuals** to achieve their goals.

Relevant qualifications in **Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health, or a related field** (preferred).

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week
