What You'll Do
As a Support Worker, you will:
- Assist with personal care and everyday living tasks
- Support clients to connect with their communities and enjoy social activities
- Help with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light household tasks
- Follow individualised care plans to ensure safety and wellbeing
- Create a positive, respectful environment that promotes growth
- Build meaningful relationships by offering encouragement and guidance
- Work collaboratively with our team to foster inclusion
What You'll Bring
- Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid and CPR certifications
- Police Check (within the last 6 months)
- Current Australian Driver Licence and reliable insured vehicle
- Desirable: At least one year of experience in disability or community support
