Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and driven to achieve results? Mercedes-Benz Parramatta is currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic New Vehicle Sales Executive to join our dynamic team.

As a New Vehicle Sales Executive, you will be the face of the Mercedes-Benz brand, delivering outstanding service and creating memorable experiences for our customers. We're looking for someone who is self-motivated, well-presented, and goal-oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven sales experience with strong negotiation skills
  • Background in retail or customer service (automotive experience not essential)
  • A genuine commitment to customer satisfaction
  • A professional, confident, and friendly approach
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Requirements:

  • Permanent residency in Australia
  • A current, valid Driver's Licence
  • A clean criminal record.
  • A passion for the Mercedes-Benz brand and general knowledge of the automotive industry will be highly regarded but is not essential.
