About the Role

We are partnering with a renewable energy client who is seeking an interim Strategy / Chief of Staff professional to support their People & Culture (P&C) function. This role requires an ex-consulting (Big 4, MBB or equivalent) background, who can combine strong problem-solving skills with hands-on delivery across strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support strategic HR projects, including problem-solving, structuring deliverables, and presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Design and deliver engaging presentations, decks, and workshops.
  • Operate effectively in a start-up environment
  • Translate strategy into execution - comfortable both setting direction and rolling up sleeves to deliver outcomes.
  • Drive initiatives across variable pay, employee value proposition (EVP), HR operations/processes, performance management, organisational development and design.

About You

  • Background in top-tier consulting (MBB, Big 4 Strategy or similar).
  • Strong understanding of People & Culture functions.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills with ability to influence at all levels.
  • Comfortable working at pace in a dynamic environment.
  • Pragmatic, delivery-focused, and able to balance strategic thinking with execution.
