The opportunity

We are seeking a visionary Strategy Manager to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will not only shape and drive the strategic direction of the firm, but also have the autonomy to innovate, challenge assumptions, and deliver high-impact projects that transform the way we work. You'll collaborate closely with senior leaders, influence key decisions, and see your ideas come to life across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth, market expansion, and competitive positioning.
• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment across the business.
• Establish and maintain firm-wide performance scorecards and KPIs to monitor strategic progress.
• Facilitate effective change management strategies to support organisational transformation.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships to ensure strategic alignment and execution.
• Provide regular reporting and insights on strategic performance to executive leadership.
• Monitor external trends and internal performance to inform strategic adjustments and decision-making.
• Facilitate strategic workshops, planning sessions, and alignment forums across the organisation.

You will bring

• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Strategy, Management, or a related field.
• 4–6 years' experience in strategic planning, business consulting, or corporate strategy roles.
• Demonstrated ability to lead strategic initiatives, including growth strategies and competitive positioning.
• Experience in performance measurement and scorecard development, including KPI setting and reporting.
• Proven capability to lead change management initiatives and support organisational transformation.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable plans.
• High emotional intelligence, collaborative mindset, and the ability to lead through ambiguity.
