**The Role**:

- Manage a tailored portfolio starting at 20 schemes
- Prompt follow up & resolution of inquiries & complaints
- Liaising with Owners Corporation when required
- Prepare agendas and minutes for meetings
- Issuing notices, problem solving & dispute resolution
- Chair AGM meetings
- Assistant provided

**Requirements**:

- Min 2 years previous experience as a Strata Manager
- Great Customer Service
- Must hold a licence in Strata Management
- Great written and verbal Communication
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
