Moo Brew has opened its own taphouse, nano-brewery and luxury dive bar in Salamanca, and we're looking for candidates for a Front of House supervisor role.

We're seeking a hands-on Supervisor to help lead the team. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a calm and confident presence on the floor, and a passion for hospitality. You'll be responsible for guiding the team through busy services, maintaining high standards, and ensuring every guest has a great experience.

The Gig:

  • Collaborate with the venue manager and other FoH leaders to maintain and elevate service standards, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
  • Lead and mentor the team in delivering outstanding customer service within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Oversee POS operations and ensure efficient workflow across all shifts.
  • Be the public face of Moo Brew, sharing its story and passion for great beer.
  • Play a key role in day-to-day bar operations, including stock management, training, and problem-solving.
  • Promote and uphold Work Health & Safety procedures with diligence and leadership.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a positive and productive workplace.
  • Weekend, evening, and public holiday work will be essential.

The You:

  • A love of really great beer (and the ability to inspire others to feel the same).
  • Proven leadership skills with a professional and respectful approach to team management.
  • Strong communication abilities, both with the team and guests.
  • Familiarity with how Moo Brew fits into the broader MONA family and its values.
  • Current RSA and a thorough understanding of RSA best practices.
  • A calm, competent demeanor when maintaining high standards under pressure.
  • Cocktail knowledge & development preferred but not essential;
  • A commitment to safe work practices and creating a safe, inclusive environment for everyone.
