Founded in 2005 by Mona founder David Walsh, Moo Brew is not your average brewery. Born from the same spirit of artistic rebellion and provocation we’ve been quietly (and not-so-quietly) brewing award-winning, beer ever since. Two decades on we’re now Tasmania’s largest independent craft brewery—home to a core range of stylistic icons and a rotating cast of limited-releases.

We’re looking for someone to take the Moo Brew message further across Tasmania—an Area Sales Manager who knows how to build strong, lasting relationships, spot smart opportunities, and deliver results. Someone who gets what we’re about: no gimmicks, just sharp beer and sharper minds.

But also—someone who knows how to close a deal, hit their targets, and be taken seriously when it counts.

**The Role**:

- Expand Moo Brew’s footprint across Tasmania - growing the brand and the bottom line.
- Build and maintain relationships with venues, wholesalers, logistics, and all the moving parts in between.
- Manage pricing and promo activity with third-party distributors—make it make commercial sense.
- Own the regional sales plan and be accountable for running with it and delivering.
- Be the go-to for customers—clear, confident, and reliable.
- Minimal office time. Maximum autonomy. Measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate with the brewery team to align plans, releases, and strategy.
- Run tastings, host presentations, and know when to let the beer speak for itself.

**You, Ideally**:

- Self-driven, self-managed, and wired for follow-through.
- Strong background in sales and account management—bonus points if that’s in beer.
- Knows how to talk to humans—be able to read the room and adapt, whether it’s with venue owners, warehouse managers, bartenders, or punters.
- A genuine interest in beer and the industry, plus the knowledge and professional skills to represent the brand with respect and credibility. Solid understanding of the beer industry and a respect for the craft.
- Professional where it counts. Chill where it doesn’t.
- Organised. Articulate. Comfortable flying solo, but collaborative by nature.
