About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts/HR Manager to join our team at JML Plumbing And Gas Pty Ltd in Queanbeyan East, NSW. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in managing our financial and human resource functions.

What you'll be doing

  1. Overseeing all accounts payable and receivable activities, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations
  2. Preparing financial reports and assisting with budgeting and forecasting
  3. Handling payroll processing and employee-related matters such as leave management and onboarding
  4. Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and HR regulations
  5. Providing support and guidance to the finance and HR teams
  6. Continuously improving financial and HR processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar accounts/HR management role, preferably in the 
    accounting
     industry
  2. Strong proficiency in financial accounting, payroll, and HR administration
  3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail
  4. Proven ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams
  5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Familiarity with relevant accounting software and HR management systems
