Our Tourism New Zealand office based in Sydney has a great opportunity for a driven administration professional with experience in the tourism and travel industry.

Your core focus will be running a lively, fast paced office of marketing, business development, and communications professionals.  This role is diverse, and no two days are the same. You'll be dealing with suppliers, processing invoices and expenses, liaising with building management, fielding customer enquiries, processing IT requests and much more, ensuring our team can focus on delivering world- class outcomes.   In addition to the administration side of the role, you will support the Regional Director and the wider team by organsing team meetings and office events.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced sales or marketing environment
  • A natural organiser with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Confidence in handing financial processes
  • Be a team player with high motivation and flexibility.
  • Able to juggle multiple priorities
