About the role

At NESA we are presently focused on an exciting, transformational program of curriculum reform, and this role is a great opportunity to support/Lead the work of passionate educators. 

The Administrative Coordinator provides a broad range of administrative services and leverages extensive business unit knowledge to support the unit's program of work and facilitate the delivery of business operations.

On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative and support which includes record management, routine correspondence and meeting an event coordination.
  • Supporting the effective operational needs of the team.
  • Managing and maintain records and databases, while complying with administrative systems and processes.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience developing, implanting and monitoring office systems, procedures and methods.
  • Capability to adept to processed and techniques as required.
  • Proven experience delivering quality administrative services
  • Demonstrated experience in managing administrative teams.
