As the Lead Sales Specialist – Completions & Wellbore Intervention, you'll be task for customer facing and responsible for winning business back to organization. You'll contributes to sales plan in a specific region and defining sales strategy for targeted clients.

As the Lead Sales Specialist – Completions & Wellbore Intervention, you will be responsible for:

• Being sales staff by positioning Baker Hughes Completions & Wellbore Intervention (CWI) technology and identifying the best technical and commercial solution
• Working close cooperation with regional sales, account sales and commercial proposal staff
• Being the primary technical role involved in DTI (demand to inquiry)
• Handling standardized products with pre-defined options requiring simple client advice.
• Contributing to Prices and conditions to have a certain degree of granularity.
• Working based on predefined contracts price frameworks with some latitude to deviate from prices and conditions.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have bachelor's degree or equivalent (with at least 5 years of experience in Sales & Operation).
• Have good experience in completions and/ or well intervention tools
• Have additional experience across completions will be beneficial.
• Have good oral & written communication with good interpersonal skills.
• Have lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
• Have ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
• Have effective problem identification and solution skills.
• Have proven analytical and organizational ability

A Field Specialist - Wellbore Intervention/Fishing will provide technical support to Technology, Commercial, and Service Delivery organizations for Fishing Services. You'll support on Conventional Fishing, Casing Exit, and Wellbore Cleanup applications. You'll provide technical support throughout the job cycle, from portfolio management and pre-job assessment, through job execution, and post-job analysis.

As a Field Specialist - Wellbore Intervention/Fishing, you will be responsible for:

• Running multiple applications of medium risk in one product line in the Wellbore Intervention Product Group.
• Ensuring supplied equipment is compatible with all other equipment used for job.
• Providing front-line support with customer and accurately completes all paperwork prior to or upon completion of job.
• Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have Technical Diploma or knowledge with solid experience in Oilfield Services.
• Have at least 3-5 years' experience in Wellbore Intervention e.g., Plug & Abandonment, Fishing, Milling, Section Milling, Casing Exit, Whipstock, etc.
• Have a good knowledge of drilling and completion techniques and drilling/work over rig operations.
• Have ability to work well and communicate well with others.
• Be able to work varied work schedule and be available for a 24 hour callout as necessary.
