As a Service Sales Specialist – West, you'll play a key part in driving business development and achieving growth targets by delivering accurate, efficient, and high-quality proposals for rebuild and mechanical customers.
This is your chance to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while working closely with the West Sales Team and Service Centre Managers to prioritize and execute winning solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
- Support sales targets for service rebuilds and mechanical revenue.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify scope and develop accurate proposals.
- Review customer specifications and prepare technical and commercial proposals aligned with market trends.
- Define scope inclusions/exclusions to manage variations during execution.
- Apply best operational practices for service rotables/exchange using ERP data
- Maintain and monitor preferred suppliers/vendors to meet cost, quality, and delivery KPIs.
- Capture opportunities and tasks in Salesforce; provide periodic sales reports and analysis.
Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years' technical sales experience in mining, minerals, or related industries
- Trade or engineering qualification is desirable(e.g., fitting/machining or similar mechanical trade).
- Proven ability to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and deliver results
- Commercial, financial and / or estimating experience with advanced skills in excel and ability to develop proposal documents.
- Working knowledge of SAP and Salesforce.
- Demonstrated strengths in customer service, problem solving, business acumen, ethics, motivation, adaptability, and initiative.
