Operating in multiple regions, they are known for technical excellence, collaborative partnerships, and delivering consistent value across complex energy markets.
Description
- Drive sales growth across the East Coast through new business development and account management.
- Lead technical tender submissions with support from engineering and commercial teams.
- Manage ongoing service agreements while identifying future project opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with operators, engineering contractors, and subcontractors.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across technical, aftersales, and product management functions.
- Travel across Australia, PNG, and New Zealand to engage directly with key clients
Profile
- Proven experience in technical sales within the well maintenance, well intervention, or production optimization sectors.
- Strong understanding of well construction processes and related service agreements.
- Ability to manage complex technical tenders and collaborate with engineering teams.
- Skilled in building long-term customer relationships across operators, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously with frequent travel.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to deliver against performance targets.
