Description

  • Drive sales growth across the East Coast through new business development and account management.
  • Lead technical tender submissions with support from engineering and commercial teams.
  • Manage ongoing service agreements while identifying future project opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with operators, engineering contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across technical, aftersales, and product management functions.
  • Travel across Australia, PNG, and New Zealand to engage directly with key clients

Profile

  • Proven experience in technical sales within the well maintenance, well intervention, or production optimization sectors.
  • Strong understanding of well construction processes and related service agreements.
  • Ability to manage complex technical tenders and collaborate with engineering teams.
  • Skilled in building long-term customer relationships across operators, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously with frequent travel.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to deliver against performance targets.
