Implant Technical Sales Representative

My Biologics is a craniofacial and dental device business with offices based on the Sunshine Coast. We are a national business that has a key focus on regenerative materials, dental implants and custom surgical guides.

As the Implant Technical Sales Representative you will possess a high technical understanding of the full dental implant cycle that will be restorative based treatment planning.

You will be responsible for the execution of the dental & craniofacial implant sales objective & ongoing technical support strategy to grow and maintain the Dental Implant and Craniofacial Implant division business for My Biologics within the Australian markets. The successful candidate is required to have high levels of clinical, surgical and technical implant knowledge as they will be responsible for ongoing education and training of staff and customers.

The core responsibilities but not limited to:

• Researching and creating new customer and client lists within Brisbane. The focus will be on dental labs, dental prosthetists & dental implant clinicians, using available online and published resources.
• Research in focused dental implant society and educational functions.
• Plan and execute local & national education & training programs to create new sales opportunities and also upskill potential & existing clients with the technical and clinical understanding of the JD Dental Implant line.
• Visiting existing and new customers focused on dental implants to create continuity in customer technical support and new sales opportunity in lab and implants sales.
• Research and target new customers to convert to My Biologics and related agencies.
• Develop a sales strategy for each account & customer to provide front line technical support on the JD Dental & Craniofacial implant line.
• Meet and exceed national sales targets and KPI's.
• Provide offsite and onsite technical and clinical support for new and existing implant users and novice implant restorative and dental labs.
• Focus of prosthetic and surgical technical treatment support to dental implant clinics, dental prosthetists and lab technicians.
• Support and train auxiliary staff on the nuances of implant procedures and sterile techniques for best outcome.
• Provide inhouse sales and technical support on dental implant products and their intended purpose and function for all My Biologics staff.
• Report to the business unit and sales manager on activity in the territory, including sales secured and ongoing sales support for new customers.
• Prepare and maintain monthly sales activity and sales performance reports.
• Keep a record of all business related expenses and submit a expense claim at the end of each month.

Skills and experience required:

• High level technical skills and clinical knowledge of dental implants (JD Implant line is preferential).
• Experience in the dental implant field specifically in a technical, sales-based or similar role and preferably at a national level.
• A proven track record regarding pre-sales and post-sales technical implant support for clinicians.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications.
• Training as a dentist or dental technician will be looked upon favourably and ideal training for this role.
• Experience in facilitating education and training regarding the clinical, surgical and technical aspects of Dental Implants (JD Implant line is preferential).

Salary Package Includes:

-Base Salary: $70,000 to $100,000 per annum (Dependant on experience)

-Car Allowance

-Commission bonus scheme (Subject to achieving targets)
