Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule plumbing jobs, ensuring efficient workflow.
  • Process work orders, invoices, and purchase orders.
  • Communicate with clients, suppliers, and technicians regarding job updates.
  • Maintain accurate records, including permits, compliance documents, and project details.
  • Assist with payroll, timesheets, and administrative tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Provide general office support and assist with other duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role (preferably in the plumbing, construction, or trades industry).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and industry-related software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of plumbing terminology and processes (preferred but not required).
