Position Summary

We are expanding our operations team and are seeking organised, dependable individuals to assist with
information coordination and system updates
.

As an
Information Input Officer
, you will work across multiple platforms to manage, verify, and structure key records that support our HR and project departments.

  • This role suits individuals who enjoy administrative tasks, accuracy, and independent work, while benefiting from a flexible hybrid arrangement.

Primary Duties

  • Collect and enter new information from various departments into the company's systems
  • Review and align records to ensure each entry meets compliance and formatting standards
  • Organise digital files, update version logs, and ensure information is traceable and current
  • Assist in compiling weekly status updates and performance indicators
  • Coordinate with supervisors to identify areas for information flow improvement
  • Follow strict confidentiality protocols when handling internal and client data

  • Ability to maintain structure in repetitive or high-volume administrative work
  • Competent in Excel, Google Drive, and shared cloud storage platforms
  • Comfortable working independently and within small virtual teams

  • Professional attitude, reliability, and willingness to grow within data and admin operations

Our Offer

  • Hourly Pay:
    AUD $42 – $50 per hour, based on individual performance and accuracy

    15–25 hours per week, hybrid arrangement available
