We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Centre Coordinator to join the Trident Services Australia team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our continued expansion in service support across Australia.
About the Role
As part of a team of coordinators in our Brisbane-based National Operations Centre, you will work on a rotating roster in a 24/7 environment, supporting operations at over 50 locations nationwide. This role involves rostering, incident management, and operational compliance while utilizing innovative technologies to support our integrated cleaning and security services.
Key Responsibilities
· Managing the operations centre ticketing system
· Overseeing the operations centre phone system
· Rostering and timesheet management
· Incident reporting and notification management
· Creating and distributing operational reports
· Providing administrative support to all service streams
· Assisting with payroll and supporting operational regional manager
Skills & Experience
Professional Experience
· Experience in administration and/or rostering
· Call centre experience (advantageous)
· Experience working with payroll, invoicing, and rostering systems
· Familiarity with incident management systems
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced level preferred)
Professional Competencies
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
· Thrives in a fast-paced work environment
· Capable of making informed, independent decisions
