A leading name in Australian real estate, soon to be international, is looking for a motivated Operations Coordinator to join our busy Brisbane team.

If you understand how a real estate office runs and know that good processes drive great results, this is your chance to make a real impact. You'll help streamline operations, implement smarter systems, and support a high-performing team as we grow across Australia and beyond.

The role

  • Review, write and implement operational processes and procedures
  • Drive workflow efficiency and operational excellence across the business
  • Conduct research into innovation, AI, emerging technology, and industry trends
  • Manage projects and support the rollout of new initiatives
  • Assist and collaborate with high-performing teams to achieve business goals

Skills & experience

  • Previous experience in real estate sales or property management
  • A solid understanding of how and why real estate processes work
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • A proactive mindset with an eye for improvement
  • Experience in project coordination or operations is highly regarded
