The Prevention & Population Health Officer collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to identify, partner in delivery and evaluate projects which improve health and wellbeing outcomes whilst tackling inequalities in health at a sub-regional level.
This role is based in Mildura as part of the Mallee Sub-region of the Loddon Mallee Public Health Unit. The Mallee team provides coordination and collaboration on prevention and population health outcomes including; local area planning, stakeholder engagement, workforce capacity building, public health communication, community engagement and other activities improving prevention and population health outcomes for our communities.

Your New Division
The Community and Public Health Services Division has a primary focus on improving the health outcomes of the communities in our region. The Division has a strong leadership role in the Loddon Mallee Region and is committed to ensuring processes are in place to deliver on our Division.
