Position Title: Physiotherapist Professional Lead

Classification: Physiotherapist G3 Y3B (MI82) to G3 Y4B (AH22)

Salary per hour: $61.56 to $ superannuation + generous salary packaging options

Employment Type: Ongoing part-time 64 hours per fortnight up to full time available

Award: Allied Health Professionals (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise agreement

Role description

Join Dhelkaya Health as our Physiotherapist Professional Lead, a senior leadership position responsible for guiding and supporting our physiotherapy workforce. This role combines clinical leadership, professional governance, and direct care responsibilities. You will collaborate closely with the Chief Allied health officer, Program Managers and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy services.

Key focus areas include:

• Professional leadership and advocacy
• Clinical supervision and workforce development
• Risk mitigation and recruitment strategies
• Maintaining professional standards and identity
• Oversight of designated clinical programs
• Maintaining a clinical caseload

About you

• Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy
• Current membership of the Australian Physiotherapy Association
• Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
• Current drivers' licence.
