We're looking for a driven and experienced Customer Relationship Manager to take the lead on expanding our presence across New South Wales and ACT.
This role involves regular travel to Sydney to meet with prospective clients and to strengthen relationships with existing clients.

This role focuses on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving growth across residential and commercial customers. You'll be backed by a national brand with strong infrastructure, a collaborative team, and a growing portfolio of service and retail offerings.

What you'll be doing:
  • Identifying new business opportunities across residential, commercial and trade channels
  • Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
  • Developing account strategies tailored to customer needs
  • Working closely with national leadership to meet growth targets
  • This role will require regular trips to Sydney for meetings with potential clients and building existing relationships with clients
What you'll bring:
  • Proven experience in business development, account management or territory sales (ideally 5+ years)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
  • A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently
  • Understanding of the pool/spa, building, trades, or home improvement industries (ideal but not essential)
  • A current driver's licence and willingness to travel
