We're looking for a motivated Administrative Assistant to support our office and Accounts Team — payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable and human resources. This is a great opportunity for someone who's eager to learn, grow, and make a real impact in a supportive environment.

Full Time position based in Richlands.

We're a growing construction company known for delivering high-quality projects and maintaining a strong team culture. Our office is the backbone of our field operations, and we're looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic, detail-oriented role.

Key Responsibilities:

As our Administrative Assistant, you'll:

-Provide day-to-day administrative support to our accounts team

-Train in and assist with payroll processing for field and office staff

-Support accounts payable and receivable functions including learning software such as MYOB Account Right & Lightyear

-Help manage HR tasks such as onboarding, compliance, and employee records

-Maintain organised filing systems and assist with data entry

-Communicate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams

What We're Looking For:

-Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

-Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

-A positive attitude and willingness to learn

-Prior experience in administration (construction or trades industry preferred)

-Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
