We're on the lookout for a Site Supervisor to join our expanding Roofing Division. If you're an experienced roofer or plumber looking to move off the tools, lead a great team, and help deliver quality work you can be proud of, this role could be the perfect fit.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Site Supervisor, you'll be the go-to person on-site, coordinating and supervising installations in the Brisbane region to ensure they run safely, smoothly, and to the highest standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervise and support roofers and subcontractors on-site
• Conduct pre- and post-installation inspections
• Perform site measures and manage work schedules
• Ensure high standards of safety and workmanship
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues on-site
• Provide technical advice and guidance to teams
• Manage job documentation and reporting via system apps

What You'll Bring

You're a hands-on, solutions-focused professional who knows what it takes to lead on a construction site.

You'll ideally bring:

• Trade qualification in Roof Plumbing (or equivalent experience)
• Proven roofing experience (metal, fascia, guttering)
• Leadership experience or readiness to step into a supervisory role
• White Card (General Construction Induction) – or ability to obtain
• High attention to detail and safety
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Reliable and proactive work ethic
