We are looking for an Internal Sales Rep. to work as a Marketplace E Specialist working remotely from home, but who is available to attend meetings & trainings on occasion in our offices. You will expand our 24/7 online marketplace as a key service to our clients. This is a full-time permanent opportunity with exciting challenges and is considered a fully remote role.
The opportunity:
Are you passionate about sales and eager to work in a dynamic and international environment? Join our vibrant team at Marketplace-E, where we're dedicated to revolutionizing the equipment marketplace. You will be accountable for:
- Processing high-volume outbound and inbound calls per day to our customers to increase the number of equipment sold through our online channels.
- Generating new and repeat sales by providing excellent customer service and knowledge of our Sales platforms.
- Meeting Marketplace-E sales goals for the month/year and increase sales by cross-selling.
- Educating customers about terminology, features, and benefits of the company.
- Effectively maintaining sales and customer database, coordinating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Here's what you bring:
- Previous experience in negotiating, account management, internal sales or sales is required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Highest level of customer-centric thinking and a strong ability to create value-adding, win-win relationships.
- Excellent networking and communication skills as well as excellent organization and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- MS Office
- Strong teamwork skills
- Knowledge of the construction equipment field would be an advantage.
