Broking Administration Manager

Join our dynamic Broking Services team at Marsh, Corporate and Commercial, as a Broking Administration Manager based in either Melbourne or Sydney. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working from home while collaborating in the office at least three days a week.

In this pivotal role, you will ensure the seamless administration of our Authorised Representative business and provide essential business operations support to managers and colleagues within the Corporate & Commercial team, with a primary focus on the Authorised Representative segment.

We will count on you to:

• Lead the efficient on-boarding and off-boarding of Authorised Representatives, ensuring smooth transitions.
• Maintain accurate records and manage system user access for Authorised Representatives and their personnel.
• Build and nurture strong, collaborative relationships with C & C team members, Authorised Representatives, and internal stakeholders.
• Handle confidential information with the utmost professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
• Support financial reporting activities, including budget distribution and forecasting communications.
• Continuously improve administrative processes to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
   

What you need to have: 

• Proven experience in business operations and/or administration with an understanding of financial reporting and compliance with rigorous policies and procedures.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills to manage and analyse data effectively.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to connect and collaborate seamlessly with colleagues, clients, and insurers.
• A track record of delivering high-quality, consistent results.
• The ability to take initiative, manage increased responsibilities, and work independently with minimal supervision.
