About the Opportunity

We're looking for someone teachable, curious, and ready for a long-term career.

You'll start by learning how to connect with clients and generate new opportunities — no experience required.

From there, we'll guide you step-by-step through our
three-phase career pathway
:


Sales Phase:
You'll learn the art of connection and lead generation while studying your Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking (Which we will pay for).


Mentorship Phase:
Once qualified, you'll enter a two-year mentoring program — working under direct guidance from our founder to learn real-world mortgage broking and client care. This is an industry requirement and private companies charge $550 per month for this and don't do a lot for that privilege...


Broker Phase:
You'll become a fully qualified broker with above-award pay and an
uncapped commission structure
, helping Australians achieve their financial dreams.
