The Railway Club Hotel is seeking a passionate and professional Chef De Partie that is enthusiastic, energetic and self-motivated.
This will be a great opportunity to shape your kitchen career and be part of the next generation at this Iconic venue.
ABOUT WHERE WE WORK
Located just outside the CBD in Port Melbourne, The Railway Club Hotel has remained one of the busiest dining rooms in Melbourne for over 40 years. Its atmosphere and ambience has stood the test of time. Our busy traditional bar and restaurant is now complemented with our upstairs dining rooms that also cater for a variety of private dining needs.
REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for the position you must possess the following
- Grill experience a must
- Thrive in a high volume, high-pressure environment.
- Maintain composure under pressure.
- Desire to elevate the profile of the venue with exceptional products.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Ability to follow directions and support team goals.
- A passion to craft your skills & embrace learning.
- Maintaining high and consistent standards of products.
- Time management and outstanding organisational skills.
