About the business

We are a 85 room resort located on the coast 10 minutes south of Port Douglas or 25 minutes north of Palm Cove. Our Osprey's Restaurant is well known for its innovative food and panoramic views overlooking the Coral Sea.

About the role

An experienced and creative Chef is required to be part of our team. We are looking for someone who can be involved in the process of creating our menus, specials and ensuring a professional presentation. Prefer long term permanent staff. Sponsorship available for right candidate.

Skills and experience

Minimum 12 months previous Chef de Partie experience required. Join a small team with a passion to create memorable dining experiences.
