At CLIMB Learning, we're passionate about supporting children and families through early intervention and beyond. Our team of allied health professionals provides therapy and support that is practical, caring and evidence-based. We have welcoming clinics in Umina Beach and Woy Woy, where we focus on creating supportive environments for children to grow and thrive.

About the Role

We're looking for a friendly, reliable Admin/Clinic Assistant to help keep our clinics running smoothly. This is a great role for a student studying health, education or a related area, or for a parent wanting flexible and rewarding work during school hours.

Your role will include:

  • Welcoming families and assisting with enquiries
  • Supporting therapists by setting up and packing away sessions
  • Helping with bookings, invoicing and general admin
  • Keeping the clinic organised and tidy
  • Pitching in with day-to-day tasks that keep the team on track

Hours are 10–15 per week, spread across 3–5 days (we'll do our best to work around your study or family commitments).

About You

We'd love to hear from you if you are:

  • Warm, approachable and a good communicator
  • Organised and happy to juggle a range of tasks
  • Confident with basic technology (emails, booking systems, invoicing software)
  • Keen to learn — admin experience is not necessary, but will be a plus
  • Looking for a flexible role where you'll be part of a supportive, values-driven team

Requirements

  • Current (or ability to obtain) National Police Check
  • Current (or ability to obtain) NSW Working With Children Check
  • Two professional or character references
