Junior Reception/Admin Assistant – Mudgee

We're looking for a motivated Junior Reception/Admin Assistant to join our busy seed business in Mudgee.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm

What you'll be doing:

  • Answering phones and assisting with enquiries
  • Greeting customers and helping with their seed needs
  • Preparing sales orders and invoicing
  • General admin tasks and data entry
  • Occasional seed cleaning and counting
  • Supporting the team wherever needed

What we're looking for:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reliable and eager to learn
  • Team player with good communication skills

No prior experience required – full training provided This is a fantastic entry-level role for someone keen to start their career in admin while working in a friendly, supportive team.
