The Role:

As our Casual Chiropractic Receptionist/Assistant, you'll be the smiling face that greets our wonderful clients, keeping our clinic running smoothly and spreading positivity every day Your role will include:

  • Welcoming clients with warmth and energy
  • Managing appointments and phone calls with ease
  • Assisting our chiropractors with light manual help
  • Creating a friendly and uplifting atmosphere

Who We're Looking For:

  • A bubbly, positive attitude and a passion for helping people
  • Great communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable with basic computer systems (don't worry, we'll train you)
  • Previous reception or admin experience is a bonus but not essential
  • Availability for flexible casual hours to start
