Y & Li Integrative Health is a modern clinic that provides a wide range of natural, high-quality healthcare services including acupuncture, herbal medicine and chiropractic care.

An opening position is available for a casual/ part-time receptionist/ practitioner assistant. This role is suitable for anyone interested in the TCM field, working mothers who are looking for flexible hours, or a candidate who is a team player and has excellent communication skills.

Some of your duties will include:

  • Answer calls, greet & respond to client/ patient enquiries
  • Book appointments
  • Process payments
  • Filing
  • In charge of front-desk admin tasks
  • Send reminders/ confirmations
  • Assist the practitioner with additional clinic tasks when required.

  • An excellent communicator both oral and written
  • Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
  • Have the ability to function within a team environment as a supportive and positive contributor
