We're Hiring: 2 Business Analysts – Retail Transformation (Energy Utility Project)

Are you a Senior BA with a knack for navigating complex service and operations environments? The Talent Initiative is seeking two outstanding Business Analysts to join a major Retail Transformation program with a leading energy utility.

About the Role:

This is a broad, high-impact opportunity where you'll flex your BA expertise across multiple domains—including Billing, Connections, Payments, Affordability, and Finance. While we're not expecting unicorn-level subject matter expertise in every area, experience in utilities and operational domains is essential.

What You'll Do:

  • Work closely with the Retail Transformation team to deliver impactful solutions across service and operations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in Billing, Connections, Payments, Affordability, and Finance
  • Analyse business processes, gather and document requirements, and help drive transformation outcomes
  • Adapt quickly and bring a flexible, solutions-focused approach to a dynamic environment

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst, ideally in utilities or large-scale operations
  • Ability to work across multiple domains and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Experience in Billing, Payments, Connections, Affordability, or Finance is highly regarded
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, transformation-focused teams
